It must do two things or I won't support it

1) The games must be available on Steam and The Rival, no exclusives.


Steam doesn't have bf3 or swtor. Does this mean you won't support Steam?

2) The games must be redownloadable (for the same account), and you should be able to transfer the game from 1 computer to another.


I'm not sure if you can transfer games on either manager but I do know that both can have games re downloaded.
