In my save file everyone lived (I didn't get one of the DLC characters) and Ashley died in the first. So Far I've gotten emails and or run into alot of my old crew, but I was wondering, if they had all died what would the cut scene be of? Its very cool that the things you do actually matter..I wonder what the stock options are? As in if you just pop in ME3 what "choices" has Shepard made? Is the rachni queen alive or dead? does it matter? Did Kaiden or Ashely die? How many people survived the suicide mission in ME2? Did he blow up the collector base or give it to Cerberus? Were the heretic geth destroyed or reprogramed? etc..

Also, I've heard to get the best ending is pretty tough without playing the multiplayer..anyone have any comments on that? (spoiler free please)
