I love KOTOR. I am pretty sure I have played through that game at least a dozen times. Like Mass Effect, its not high art, but it is incredibly good at what it is. I have been a big fan of Bioware for years, which makes their recent, relative decline (there games are still better than most) very painful to watch. It seems like Obsidian are the only AAA RPG developer from whom I can expect something decent from, in terms of narrative these days. Vaguely hopeful about the WOT game (though I don't really know how much input they will have on it).

I will give Anachronax and Freespace a try. The Force Unleashed is giving me motion sickness from its camera. Oh, the joys of a console port where you can't adjust the FOV. I also downloaded the fan made Wing Commander game, Darkest Dawn the other day. Its a more complex game than am I used to playing. Going to need to hunt down a manual for it, which is a rare thing indeed.
