Settlers of Catan and Ticket to Ride are both on Xbox Live, and it makes getting a game together a lot easier.
There's also Magic: Duels of the Planeswalkers (new version comes out in less than a week, wooo!) which is actually a lot of fun. It's magic, but it removes most of the deckbuilding in favor of about 15 preconstructed decks, each with about 20 cards you can unlock by winning games.
It also has a few cool game modes (2v2, 3 and 4 person free for all, Archenemy), along with some Challenges (where it starts you in the middle of a game where you're about to die, and you have to pull off some complicated trick or gambit to turn it all around.
