I think Bioshock Infinite has been pushed back to 2013...not sure though...

AC3 does look good. And it is about time the story was actually advanced too. Neither Brotherhood nor Revelations really added much to the story.
I don't know about a new Fallout. Bethesda seems to be focusing on its Elder Scrolls right now with one DLC coming out next week, two more on the way, and the ESOnline coming in the next year or two.
