From the images I've seen I couldn't decide yet if I like the look of the game, but what you're describing sounds really good.


A little bit of both. Each mission is its own separate level, in its own separate part of the city, but the part each mission takes place in is a huge sandbox. So you have a lot of the city to explore and find upgrades, loose change, or secret paths. Or you can take the direct route and slaughter everything in your path.
