I was careful each time how I leveled the skills. I don't like any of the major skills to be anything I use on a regular basis. You don't want to level too quickly. I prefer the slow methodical approach to this game. However, I still have yet to build a character that I get all the skills to 100 naturally. I believe last time only luck was below 100. It's pretty cool being able to walk into a town and take out all the guards they can send at you by the end.
