So I'm tinkering with the idea of a small encounter in my campaign just to "play" with the PCs.
The idea is that as they are traveling through the forest, two fey (pixies, satyrs?) will cast a spell on the group and try to get them to come to one side of the path or the other. Whichever fey has the most at the end of the game "wins".
Depending on how the PCs react, I may give them a small reward for being good sports.
The problems I've encountered is that I cannot decide on which type of fey to use. I'm thinking either pixie or satyr but in the end this choice is really just a flavor thing. And secondly, I'm not sure what type of spell/spell like effect to use. I'm thinking that the Satyr's pipes will work best for this effect since I didn't see a Mass Charm Person spell.
What are your thoughts oh great readers of RAFO?

Forum posts should be like a skirt. Long enough to cover the topic but short enough to keep your attention.

Exactly. When I DM, if I want there to be some sort of effect, I make it so.
