I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure it's in the BG1/Icewind Dale 1 generation, not the BG2/ID2 generation. It's not a huge difference, but it's there.

and yeah, a few different save slots are good. There are quite a few branching plotlines.
I amuse myself.
