At the current pace that's gonna take closer to 20 than 10 years. You really think they'll still be keeping a 15 year old game alive come 2020?

Actually though, they might. Diablo II has been out for over a decade now and they're still supporting it. The next patch for it is even supposed to introduce a brand new respec system.
