I started trying to download the Third Age: Total War around 9:30pm and as of 8:30am the game and all 3 patches, plus the most recent patch for MII Kingdoms which was needed, were all downloaded, installed, and working (as far as I can tell so far) correctly. Also, I finally got the sound on it to work after a few hours of tinkering thanks to the forums and Total War Center where the game was posted..... I haven't had a chance to really start it yet, but it looks awesome. I'm not sure who I'm going to use the first time around, but if anyone wants to know what the factions are they are:

Gondor
Rohan
Dale
Eriador
Silvan Elves
High Elves
Dwarves
Mordor
Isengard
Rhun
Harad
Orcs of the Misty Mountains

If anyone wants to get the Third Age: Total War and needs help feel free to ask me. I feel your pain.......
