You know, I did that in a chest at a Warrior's guild and then a few days or weeks later it was all gone. Thankfully only minor stuff, but still. I need a place where things don't disappear :P
But buying a house for 5000 is a lot.


You can get house/apartment as a reward for completing all quests of either Thieves Guild, Fighters Guild or Mage's Guild. Thieves Guilds and Mage's Guilds houses are in Imperial City.
