I'm guessing it's because achievements/unlocks work on a "per-install/account" basis and not "per-character" as I made a new character and had all of the Rogue specialties available to me as soon as my character hit level 7.


That's weird. I guess I wasn't imagining things, then. Still, it just seems dumb that one character needs to go through steps to unlock this mystical, long forgotten art, ala Arcane Warrior, and then for no apparent reason at all some other character knows all about it. Makes no narrative sense at all.
