Well, yes. If they are really whiny I make a point of continuing it.

Is constantly moving around the map, running at the enemy, the only fair way to play?


Why, yes, of course. That's why the games marks you as a cheater if you don't. (No, really, winning is what matters, and any way you prefer to do that is fine by me...)

Is occasionally holding a position cheating and/or missing the intent of the game?


Clearly. If you don't run around like a good duck hunt duck, what is there to snipe at?
