He buys a box of Zendikar and 2010 and makes decks, and I do the same. The only thing we can use from outside those two boxes are basic lands. It's because he doesn't have a Lotus, or 4 Hypno Specs and Hymns to Tourach for a discard deck, or 4 Goblin Grenades and a ton of goblins for a Red weenie deck, or enough black cards that force you to draw cards for a good reanimator deck. He wants to build his own decks (I think I'll still crush him) and so I've decided to indulge him.
