Dunno if you can access it anymore, but I managed to get the Collectors and Terminus stuff before it started coming back to me as "Not available online." It might still be available directly from the console. I'm at school and can't, but it's worth checking out if you can. I figure someone's been alerted to the mistake though...

I think the Soldier class definitely fits that. Playing Vanguard on the PC, myself.
