this is my problem with photoshop. It is not as bad, but apparently it requires you to be ready to authenticate (online, I believe) at any random moment. No being able to rely on the ability to edit photos you have just taken in the forest. Oh, no.

Not that I take photos in the forest much. It is the principle of the thing.
