I remember this. You need to destroy the 'dude' with the crossbow. But the crossbow is facing the wrong way. In that same hall are side rooms, and if you pull a level that is either in that room or above it, there is a turntable. Put the crossbow on it, and turn the crossbow so that it faces the right direction. Then destroy the wall and walk through.
