I cant really bother studying any more now though. I'll just read through my notes in twenty minutes or so and then go to the teacher's office and face this horrid thing.

Studying hasnt really been that bad though, despite that getting up between 5 am and 7 am each morning for two weeks and spending every wake none-working, none-socializing minute with the head in a book, I've quite enjoyed it. I really enjoy all that 16-18th century literature, and I much rather hang out with Young and Donne and Milton than with boring presentday Gothenburgpeople. And it's an amazing feeling to just crawl up in a heap of pillows and drink (nonealcoholic) mulled wine and read a really good book and feel that you accomplish something by it.

So in that aspect failing this exam wouldnt feel that bad. I mean: If I fail it, it's most likely because I've spent too much time concentrating on the international writers, adn none on the Swedish ones. And on reading through some of the Swedish stuff yesterday I realized that I wouldnt mind spending some time with Nordenflycht, Lucidor and Dalin as well. And I'd love to follow all those harsh late 18th century fights between Kellgren and Thorild!

But on the other hand I'd feel embarrased when the teacher's taken the time to give me this exam two years after I actually followed the course. And I'll have enough to do next semester without having to retake stupid literatureexams.

Time to read through my notes now. Gah! Well, whatever way it goes I'll sleep well tonight.

So?
How'd it go?!
Oh I passed!!!
I got only two questions and the first was about Bellman - the most famous writer of drinkingsongs in Swedish history, so I could talk about him for ages, and quote lots of his songs. They are all basically "lets get drunk and pass out in the gutter, because tomorrow we're probably dead anyway. "
Hmmm.
I like this writer. He sounds very. . . Scandinavian.
