But here is the simple version.

You did not ASSENT to the threadjack, it was not your idea, and you did not proactively advocate for the idea the threadjack.

You CONSENT when you agreed to participate in the language and framing someone else proposed and you just participated in a mostly passive manner. Sometimes consent is merely not doing anything and just allowing it to occur, and sometimes consent is a little bit more such as agreeing to respond to me and pushing that submit button.

Seriously though I knew about 4 of those songs where I recognized the melody / words but just remembering the melody and knowing how to sing it in the voice in my head. Well that is easy.

But what is hard for me (which I find out later in my twenties is due to specific types of learning disabilities), well some people can easily recall the band and song name when they get long term memory like this. Other people find it hard to recall but they can still do other things like sing the song or describe what certain band actors look like if they seen the cover art / MTV / etc.

Well I do not want to participate for even if I can recognize 4 of those songs even doing worse than that due to long term memory stuff. Well I did not want to look bad. Thus I refuse to play your game Mookie And thus I threadjack your post instead for that is more fun.

In sum everyone has our strengths and weaknesses and REJOICE for even if you suck at something as long as you have allies or society is just and people trust each other, well we can trade and you can do the stuff I bad at and I will gladly pay you, and I can do the things I am great at and somehow get paid for them, and so on.

Sidenote I posted that Wall Street Journal Article about passwords and IT security I was refering to earlier. Well after reading it yesterday I thought about posting it then (but life got busy in the real world), and before I even thought about typing the web address I was thinking Mookie would like this article but it may make him do this and especially this
