Honestly, I think she would have been better of staying silent. Those of us who oppose her politically would have felt vindicated by her silence, but why should she care about that? And her allies would have understood silence. Maybe it doesn't matter either way.
It's not just her husband, though. She was also a close ally to Anthony Weiner, right? She's got to be one of the phoniest feminists ever, doesn't she?
I do want to say one thing, though... in principal her husband was just as bad, but I get the feeling that he was not as prolific as Weinstein. The White House Intern pool is not so nice a hunting ground for sexual predators as the talent pool of Miramax.
