...I dislike the absolutist notion that what anyone wants on a pizza has the possibility of making that pizza "illegitimate". I mean, people put fucking clams on pizza and still call it pizza. I say, if its got a flat piece of dough covered with sauce, cheese, and ANY topping anyone wants, it is pizza.

My own tastes are classic, though. I will always prefer a pepperoni (or pepperoni and sausage) pizza above all others.
