It would be nice to see some other sources covering this but most of them are still busy trying to create a controversy about Trump and Putin. It looks like atrial article is copy written but I fail to see how most of their isn't stupid in any context. Keep in mind this isn't some random blog posting this is an article written by a professor at a major university for a book written to educate teachers all it is poison they want to spread. The left had to get over the idea that rabid anti white doctrine is just as bad as white racism. Would it be ok to have precious talking about getting rid of browness?

On the parroting thing, I say that because there are in fact many other articles about this - The Independent, the Daily Mail, to name just the first few Google hits - but they all seem to be based on the same article from a site called Campus Reform. Suggesting that only one of all the news outlets reporting on this actually bothered to read the full article in question.

Of course the same happens often enough in the other direction as you say. If we're serious about resisting the PC police and protecting the freedom of speech, or just standing up for people who get publicly pilloried for a few quotes that may be pulled out of context, it cuts both ways.

To be clear, I meant more the media sources spreading this story than you personally. And they do that because it's easy to get hits and attention for such an article from people who feel like you do about liberal intellectuals. And that without the journalist even having had to spend any time reading or analyzing the article in question.
