Aka not the courts, but something one who has experience with this and knows the paperwork and both of you can make a default schedule but also have rules in it on how to pivot and give the other parent forewarning when the schedule needs to change due to temporary changing circumstances?

I think the kids and their schedule won't be tough to solve, we see pretty much eye to eye on that. What made it tough was suspecting that she is out pursuing a new romantic interest, when I'm not over being dumped yet. Saying "just get over her" is a lot easier than actually doing it.
