No. No they didn’t. They had hundreds of pages of her testimony to the Senate Judicial Committee along with hours of videotape.


Ford and her defenders should be dancing in the streets that they did not. She would have ben forced into an unwinnable situation of either repeating certain proven lies that she gave in her testimony, thus lying to a federal law enforcement agent (you can ask Papadopoulos how that works out). Or refuting her sworn testimony and thus cementing federal perjury charges...

Just letting her testimony stand unexamined by the FBI was the BEST situation for her and her supporters.
