Trees aren't supposed to walk or talk. They're supposed to...tree. They stay put and grow and produce chlorophyll and emit oxygen. If a tree started moving I can guarantee you the first thing I would do would be to chop that fucking thing up to make sure it stopped moving. And if it talked, too...shit, get out the torches, round everyone up and let's chop down every last fucking tree in that forest for good measure.
