I'm doing a WoT reread (very slowly), the first in ages. Legolas Send a noteboard - 29/10/2018 06:22:58 PM

Obviously, when you reread after so long, one of the things that you do (or that I do, anyway) is to try and verify if the way you remember characters being is really accurate, and if so, whether they always were that way or if they changed during the course of the series. So far (I'm about to start tFoH), the reread is confirming that Egwene really was quite aggravating even early on, that Rand generally does remarkably well considering the impossible circumstances, and that Elayne is the sane one in the White Tower group, though she has flaws enough to keep her interesting.

This was, as always, an interesting read with many good points, thanks.
