Football analysts and writers who use "arm talent" to refer to a quarterback's throwing ability. It has been ubiquitous over the last few months. WTF is arm talent?

Wait maybe I am not using precise enough language for I thinking people who talk about "arm-talent" often use an "arm-chair."
