Jaime's the only one that makes sense, because Cersei's arc is a tragicomic tale of self-destruction. She's let the prophecy get into her head and made her paranoid, ready to defend herself against any manifestation, only to die at the hands of the brother she thought she could trust. Tyrion's threat to turn her joy to ashes plays into HER story by reinforcing her assumptions, but choking her out doesn't fit with his recovery. He's already started healing by coming to care about people again. Strangling Cersei rolls him back to the headspace where he kills Tywin. Jaime, on the other hand (haha), is in the midst of an arc about separating himself from their relationship & co-identification. He's the Kingslayer, but he didn't follow through with his moral imperative from that killing, by resolving the wildfire threat, although he's starting to get worried about Cersei in that regard. Tyrion's arc has him moving beyond Cersei's hatred, but she's an integral part of Jaime's, given the role she played in becoming who he is at the start of the series.

None of which precludes Jon from yelling in her face and hoping she assplodes like zombie-Viserion/Rhaegal did, BEFORE Jaime kills her. Unless the show screws that up too.
