Cadsuane's over 300 was stated as extremely unusual. The binders shortened a channeler's lifespan.

To an extent, power=lifespan with channelers, and Cadsuane is one of the strongest the Tower has. Without the Oaths though, even someone that could barely light a candle could expect to reach 300.
