Except having a twitter account is not what got him in trouble. The original tweet did not tag him, Bret did not follow this person, it had 0 retweets and 9 likes originally.
Thus having a twitter account did not get Bret in trouble. No he had to have other tools to search out his name for he wanted attention. Well if he deactivates his twitter account he would still have those tools to search out his name and people will still be talking negatively and positively about him for he has an Op-Ed column.
