My siblings give me endless shit about the Resident Evil series, the Underworld series and Jason Statham's entire body of work.
On the other hand, my willingness to watch what they sneer at as crap, means I was on the Fast and Furious bandwagon well before it became the blockbuster summer movie franchise we have now. I was seeing it in theaters before the Rock or Statham ever signed on. I saw Office Space in theaters long before it was a cult hit. I was a fan of "Ghosts of Mars" before Joss Whedon added nerds and a spaceship and called it "Firefly". I have a ton of movies that one might call "guilty pleasures" except I feel neither guilt nor shame.
I suppose maybe for me, what would fit in that category are things that are so bad they are fun to mock, like "The Marine" before John Cena was a mainstream actor.
