Previously it was left over Chicken Fajitas which I still possess, but I am currently defrosting some Pork Loin for I figure BBQ is important on the fourth of the July weekend.
I am going to to cook the Pork Loin and BBQ with the crock pot at night since my oven and stove are broke and I do not want to use the Toaster Oven.
Plus Crock Pot is free energy since my power company does not charge from 9 at night till 6 in the morning. This may not seem important to you but I live in Houston so the AC is on full blast at night, while I try to use it minimally during the day.
