Why is this stupid? You WANT something, so not doing what you want is stupid? Your moronic assumption is that the government gives a shit about foreigners who are trying to appropriate our education. Now they might be right or wrong to have that opinion or agenda, but they're only being stupid if they are doing something that will not serve THEIR agenda. You're simply making the, again, moronic assumption that ICE and ICE personnel are prioritizing the educations of foreigners. They are not. Their priority is controlling the movement of people and goods into the country. The priorities of the individual employees of ICE are much like yours and everyone else's - get paid for doing the least work possible, and the more foreigners they get out of the country, the less work there is for them to do, the more files they can close.
