We call them FTE's (Full Time Employees).
And I hear ya....I would love to have another FTE, but nope, only positions that were open before.

The other day, I had to call into a Zoom meeting (we try and avoid Microsoft Teams if possible)...and they kept wondering why I was cutting in and out. Its cause I had to drive a forklift at the same time, because my team was too over-extended and we had an urgent shipment come in.

Who says a manager can't work? Doing conference calls and driving a forklift....good times.
