Someone pointed out on another site that the Tower is described in the books as wide as well as tall.
Siuan looks way over dressed for this stage in her life, but I guess I can forgive them that.
Like entyti pointed out, her chest tattoos seem a little weird.
The One Power, the few cut scenes we get, looks good. Wondering how it works in longer scenes.
Agree. You have to show the weaves somehow. This was as good as one could hope.
On the whole, the trailer at least shows high production values. Let's see what they do with it.
ETA: I will say, it IS nice to see a fantasy show trailer that is multi-ethnic. It's always weird when just white people are involved in what is supposed to be the end of the "world" in other shows.

The books were multi-ethnic so the adaptation would have to be as well.
Maybe not so much in the composition of the Two Rivers population, but that isn't any sort of an issue. I'm more disturbed by the hideous Waygate in the middle of nowhere.
