Johnson is going to let weights and measurements in stores be pounds and ounces only, while previously for decades they had to list kilograms and grams and could not "choose" to just the UK Imperial units by itself. (So they could always display pounds and ounces as long as they also display metric weights)
This affects market stalls, shops and supermarkets.
