Is the juice worth the squeeze? I would say yes, if it can be used in a mixed drink. Pour it over ice and enjoy.

Interestingly enough, I just sent out a new form so that the team can "try-storm" it with actual stakeholder feedback and refinements. This will help us to establish a lean and effective communication and activity tool which will help us get to the next level.

Innovating new tools for the "tool box" is key to process improvement. Granted, one must also 5S their assigned work locations to ensure the tool box does not get cluttered. It may also be good to conduct TAKT time analysis with Spaghetti diagram discovery work to ensure the process is actually Lean, and not Lead-Adjacent.
