Anyone know the origin of "all its/it's worth"? Cannoli Send a noteboard - 16/11/2021 09:48:34 PM

Specifically, does the its/it's mean "all it is worth" or "for all the worth it possesses"?

Basically, is an apostrophe called for, or not?
