Language changes. The meanings of words change. Their usage changes. And English is a particularly stupid language already, so I always roll my eyes when I see posts like this.

Roll with it. Heck, come up with a few changes of your own so you spend less time infuriated with what others say. If you know they mean systemic when they say systematic, and so does everyone else, the purpose of the word has been served.

They derive enjoyment from preventing others from having the permission to enjoy.

This is because they were taught the ritual a specific way, and they derive enjoyment from a proper successful "completion" of the ritual. it is like a noise from the price is right goes off. While an irregular language pattern either does not have the melodic ring to it, and sometimes it is like nails on chalkboard.

They have to use more attentional space to process what you are saying. Which in turn drains attentional space from other forms of attention.

shrug

I have probably set off Mookie for I broke 3 language conventions or more in this response. And I do not even think Tom reads my responses anymore since I sound like a bar-bar-ian to his ears.
