This is some bullshit if they take this fun, free game and stick it behind their fucking paywall. The instant they do that, I will immediately cancel my online subscription. I have already emailed them to inform them of this.
I’m totally pissed off. 
Before the NYT thing there was a Wordle clone called Lewdle which is only dirty words, and that makes it harder for one can not enter anything that is not a dirty word and it would be accepted. Thus all the vowel heavy words do not work.
Well the end result of playing this clone is coming to the realisation I am not crude…no I am kind of basic. 
Fuck the New York Times.
