Obviously it didn't actually answer the question, but then there really wasn't any good answer she could give to it. It certainly would be nice if politicians would actually answer questions honestly, but what with soundbite culture, media cycles and so on, that's often a pretty bad idea for them to do.

and it didn't answer the question at all. Her reply was more inline with what was asked of the Romanian President.
