I did that last year with the pneumonia shot and the shingles vaccine and the next day my arm and shoulder felt like it hat been hit with a baseball bat.
Feel low grade loopy (tired but still alert), and my arm hurts if I use sensory information from my other body parts to feel it. (I am not aware of the sensitivity / inflammation if I am not using that left arm for something strenuous or using my right arm's hand to notice.) Slight warmth but not a fever. But not that bad for I am chilling in '95 F Houston right now. (35 C)
But due to my chronic pain condition I am totally aware of all this, but this is NICE compared to when my autoimmune condition is in the relapsing / over-drive state. So frickin nice for it can be annoyance but it is just so low key to what I am used to.

So I am just chilling out in this new Fall Sun, drinking way too much Diet Coke / Diet Dr Pepper over the last 36 hours. The leftover pizza is now gone , listening to a podcast and just "enjoying."
I am going to stop now for I used too many I words now and I feel like I am stuck on a loop
