I take it you mean the RAFO forum from 2009 on? Yes. If you mean wotmania's other boards like the WoT one, we don't have those.
Then there's the Wayback Machine at web.archive.org, but sadly that doesn't work very well for the way wotmania was set up - it does allow you to see the main page of a given message board at various dates over time, see link for an example, but very few if any of the posts are actually readable. Though it seems to do better with the theory pages, fanfiction and other such pages than with forum posts.
Is there an archive for WoT posts in 2005?

Sadly, Wotmania should have been allowed to live on as is without the "creator"
