Thank goodness someone as talented as Sanderson was chosen to complete the series. Just think what is going to happen with SOIAF? We will never know.
The first one Sanderson wrote was great. He captured Rand and Egwene really well.
Mat OTOH not so much. Mat's humor turns sophomoric under Sanderson. That whole bit about boots... Ugh.
But yeah, the ending was servicable.
Critical question, now that we've seen the show flop and get cancelled...
