Besides those points raised, many of which revolve around how half or more of the remaining towers have gotten themselves to def or prob town, there's also the matter of Fox defending you back on day 1 and day 2. He didn't really need to, he certainly had no motive to protect you as a townie. He doesn't have a history of deliberately protecting townies to cover over ally defenses or generate a 'take you down with me' situation, he was not posting left and right after all.
