2) Set some kind of standard for inactivity modkills before the game starts, I would suggest. Or at least warn people they will be modkilled.

3) (IMO) flavor text is fun. Get a decent story going there.

4) I would suggest a Vote Count post at the top of the thread, which you continuously edit, but that's mostly personal preference.

5) Decide the outcome of ALL POSSIBLE NIGHT ACTIONS before the game starts. That's a big one.

I think that's about it.
