Everyone who revealed the secrets of the treasure hunt had to be dead by game's end, was the win condition I added. Darth_Katie didn't invalidate the win condition, since she was already dead, this is what I hadn't planned.

Ultimately, it's the fact that ? and Yunalesca confirmed Darth_Katie that made them lose, because Yunalesca was still alive.

Oh, I see. Normally that clause should have been enough of a deterrent, but D_K, a confirmed townie, no longer had that deterrent when she re-spawned (temporarily). I could see how that tipped the balance.
