As I said, this guy's main comic characteristic is he's insane and homicidal, I've never really seen him described as observant and really he's not notoriously big on stealth either, though he often dresses up as other people or pretends to be people, one of the reasons I thought the survivor role fit. Yes he can sneak, but as an exmaple, none of the various wiki entries on him, including This really long one actual contain the word stealth or stealthy and only includes the words 'sneak' or 'sneaks' twice (this is like twenty pages long) with one of those two references being how he " sneaks in his own story while getting to current events". You could be what you're saying, mods often surprise by not picking the most logical paths, but that's sort of my point. You don't fit the template you're saying, except in a very indirect sense, and if you are telling the truth than for all practical purposes we can't rely on characters roles to have any predictable link to characters.
