Kronin didn't submit a bid. Because he already had a randomized bid in Round 1, he's out. Following the rules for automatic elimination, the players with the two lowest bids (beetnemesis and Darth_Katie, in this case) get to keep their coins.

BlackAdder didn't submit a bid, so his results were randomized. This was generated as (1d10)d10 + (1d79)d10, with the parenthetical roll determining the number of digits and the following d10s determining what numbers those digits would be, as with the random rolls for the high bid in round 1.
